At our organization, we believe that developing skilled professionals is essential for sustainable growth and industry advancement. Through our Skills & Mentorship Program, we aim to provide aspiring trainees with practical exposure, professional guidance, and hands-on experience in a real working environment.
This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by allowing trainees to understand workplace practices, develop relevant skills, and gain valuable mentorship from experienced professionals.
Program Objective
The primary objective of the program is to nurture talent by providing structured training that enhances technical knowledge, improves professional capabilities, and prepares participants for real-world industry challenges.
Training Structure
The training program is conducted at our company premises in East Delhi and is designed as a short-term practical training initiative. Each training cycle runs for six weeks and includes a small group of trainees to ensure focused learning, close supervision, and effective mentorship.
